After careful investigation and analysis, we found that the root cause of many current problems is mainly focused on the overall heat dissipation design and fan operation mode. Here, we announce to you that we have taken a series of measures to solve this problem and specifically optimize the product:

First of all,for the cooling system design of Windstorm S1. We have adjusted the design concept to shift from overall cooling to localized cooling in order to reduce noise. The new air duct STL file has been designed by our engineers and will be released on the official website for all users to download. All subsequent products will adopt this design, eliminating the need for customers to install air ducts.

secondly, regarding the fan operation mode, our previous product settings were exclusively set to Windstorm mode (100%) to ensure the quality of the models produced by Windstorm S1. However, we've taken into account customer feedback regarding the noise generated during operation, which has caused inconvenience. In response, we've decided to adjust the fan operating speed to 80% for subsequent production runs.

For customers who have already received our products, we will provide guidance on adjusting the fan settings. Therefore, customers can tailor the fan speed according to their individual preferences. Additionally, we recommend utilizing the parameters we provide, which can be adjusted within slicing software to achieve more optimal results.
